The following terms and conditions are valid between you and Fashionfinfur (Fashion FIN Fur Ab, FI2997741-3) hereinafter referred to as “FASHIONFINFUR” or “we” apply to all use of and orders placed on FASHIONFINFUR’s web shop www.fashionfinfur.com.
PRICES & FEES
The prices and delivery costs shown on the Website are in European Euros (EUR) and for european visitors are the prices shown including 24 % Finnish Value-added tax.
For companys with a valid EU VAT number are prices shown with 0 % VAT.
Our goal is to deliver the items to our customers in 2-3 working days. We ship with DHL express and Posti (within Finland). Shipping charges are based on your order total and is displayed before you carry out your order. When your order has been shipped will you be provided with a tracking code, so you can easily follow your order.
Please note that the delivery time can vary depending on the amount of orders being expedited and other conditions that FASHIONFINFUR can not help.
We reserve the right that orders outside of European Union may be delayed because of necessary export licenses/permits. If so, the customer will be informed about the situation.
Please note: restrictions may apply to deliveries to Russia and to countries where fur products are banned. Deliveries to Russia can be done to Moscow region only by a legitimated company.
Please note; Outside of European Union, as ordering VAT free, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs.
Fashionfinfur Oy cannot be held responsible for products held up in customs offices and fees that can apply. It’s the customers responsibility to check with customs all necessary paperwork and/or permits.
Fashionfinfur Oy cannot be held responsible for any damage or losses of goods by the delivery company. It is the customers responsibility to examine the package upon arrival by courier. All the goods sent with DHL is insured.
RESTRICTIONS OF SALE
Please note: We do not ship to countries (or states) where fur products are banned (such as Los Angeles, San Fransisco, Berkerley (California), Sao Paulo (Brazil), West Hollywood etc.).
It is the buyers responsibility to check its own country regulations and apply for necessary permits, if needed.
We assume when you order an item that you can legally possess that item according to the laws of your state or country. If you order items from us and you cannot possess them according to the laws of your state or country, FASHIONFINFUR will hold you responsible for any penalties and/or legal fees incurred to FASHIONFINFUR.
All offerings of merchandise shall be interpreted to mean that FASHIONFINFUR is not offering to sell items of which the sale is prohibited in your state.
Fashionfinfur can at any time cancel orders if we notice our products goes against countries regulations.
You will receive a confirmation email after your purchase. If you have not received a confirmation email within 3 working days from your purchase, kindly contact us at email@example.com. Kindly check that the order information is correct.
When your order is shipped we will provide you with a tracking code where you can see expected delivery date and follow your order.
Our web site is always up-to-date. What you see listed is what is available right now. Once an item is sold, it is automatically removed from our web site, and newly available items are automatically added.
All our products are color sorted according to light, medium and dark color. Please note that your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products (this can vary from computer monitor to monitor). All skins are measured from tip of nose to the foot of the tail.
We have made our best effort to examine and display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, details of the products available of our products that appear in the web shop. Despite our best effort to examine the products there might be holes and other damages we haven’t noticed. We urge you to examine the products carefully via our product pictures. All products are subject to availability and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis and payments done will be refunded.
All prices are in euros. Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. All payment transactions are done via a secure HTTPS page which is displayed in the URL when you’re making a transaction.
Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant.

We accept Visa, Amex, Master Card and American Express and also PayPal. Obligatory information when paying by credit card is cardholders name, credit card number, security code and the end date of validity. Security code is the 3-digit code on the backside of the card.
If the order confirmation is not paid by the due date your order will be canceled. This does not entail any additional costs.
All prices on the website are shown including 24% Finnish Value-added tax for European visitors. If you are ordering outside of EU, please note that Finnish VAT does not apply. You are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs.
All Import duties, customs and local sale concerning your order is handled by DHL. DHL will contact you and give you more information. When the taxes are paid will DHL deliver the order to your physical address.

If you receive a defective product, please notify FASHIONFINFUR immediately of any product faults of the delivered item. This also implies to transport damages.
Please note that customer is responsible to check the package delivered by the courier. If you notice any transport damage to the package please notify the courier, preferably before accepting the order, if possible. Please, also contact our customer support at email@example.com
2 YEAR GUARANTEE
Customer satisfaction is important to us as a small family owned company. Therefore we offer a guarantee for two years. If you receive an defective product, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What does the guarantee cover? It covers
defects presumed to have existed at the time of delivery and which become apparent within a period of two years. Defected products will be replaced without any cost to the consumer (including shipping cost).
When is a product defective? A product is defective, among other circumstances, when the product is not suitable for its intended use. For example the product does not correspond with the information provided in advance and the product’s service life is shorter than what could reasonably be expected.
The guarantee requires that the product has been stored correctly since fur can easily be damaged over time. Proper storage can help prevent damage to fur. Choose a dark place to store fur and one that has a low relative humidity. Make sure to avoid over-filling the closet or wrapping fur in a plastic bag. A breathable garment bag can be a good option. For best results, seek professional storage if it is affordable for you.
The guarantee also requires regular professional cleaning of the fur to maintain its shine and luster through the years. Fox wears well, although it needs regular cleaning and care to keep the fur fluffy and the skins soft and supple. The recommendation is taking your fur to be cleaned at least once a year during the off-season and possibly again during winter if you wear it often or expose it to perfumes and sprays.
The vendor is not liable for a defect of which the buyer was aware at the time of purchase. Also the vendor is not liable for defects caused by regular wear and tear of the product or part thereof, mishandling of the product, failure to comply with instructions for use or maintenance and accidents that occur after the product has been delivered to the customer.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
You are entitled to return items within 14 days from the date of which you have received the item. Kindly note that you will have to pay for the shipping costs for the return package.
Fashionfinfur Oy will not refund the original shipping costs unless the item you have received is faulty or damaged. In case we have sent you an incorrect or defective item, we will of course be liable of return shipping fees.
For the return to be accepted the returned item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
The buyer is responsible for the goods until we have received the return shipment. Returns where postage is not paid will not be accepted by us.
Returns will be processed within 1-3 working days, from the day we have received the returned item. For credit card payments, the money will be refunded to your credit card, bank or Paypal account.
GUIDELINES FOR RETURNS AND REFUNDS
1. Pack the products to be returned, preferably in the same package / bag they came in. Always inform us (email@example.com) about the return.
2. Fill in all the fields in the enclosed return form and add it in the return package.
3. Return the package with optional delivery service (the customer is responsible for return costs) to the address below. Keep the receipt.

When the return shipment has arrived, the value of your product will be refunded within 14 days to your original payment method. Remember to attach the return form when you return your product. Please note that the buyer is liable for the return shipping costs.
If the item is damaged or lost during the return shipping, you are liable of incurring costs.
Satisfied customers is important to us. Are you for some reason not happy with your products please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you within two business days.
Your order can be canceled up to 14 days after you have received your goods. You will get a full refund (please note return shipping costs will not be refunded). Even sale items can be returned. The products should be returned within 14 days.
It is also possible to cancel your order before we have shipped it. Please contact us at email@example.com asap and you will get a full refund. The refund will be paid within 14 days.
You do additionally have 30 days consumer return rights. If you find a fault within the first six months of possessing your faulty goods, you’ll need to give Fashionfinfur a chance to make a replacement of the product. If that’s unsuccessful, you can ask for a refund.
Please note that card refunds may take up to 14 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through FashionFinFur Oy. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
The web pages where you as a customer insert payment details are secure pages. Most web browsers use symbols to show that you are visiting a secure web page.
The personal details given will be only used by FashionFinFur Oy in order to fulfill your order.
If FashionFinFur Oy fails to comply with the argument because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to force majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes, then FashionFinFur Oy cannot be held responsible.
Viruses, hacking and other offenses
You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, Trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.
By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offense under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our site will cease immediately.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
Intellectual property rights
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal reference and you may draw the attention of others within your organization to material posted on our site.
You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.
